Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions were last updated on 14 November 2023. Use of our websites, sales and purchase of goods from the website are governed by our terms and conditions as set out below.

1. Delivery Arrangements

The company (TESUP) is responsible for the door delivery. Your order will be delivered to your door-step. We proudly manufacture the world's most advanced household wind turbines and flexible solar panels. Due to the overwhelming demand for our cutting-edge products and the meticulous craftsmanship involved in their production, we strive to deliver your goods within 3 to 4 weeks. We will notify you by an email once the box is shipped or if your order is not available in the warehouse stock to be dispatched within this timescale. If the products are temporarily out of stock, we will contact you to provide information about the expected waiting time for shipping once they are back in stock.

2. Guarantee

All products come with a TESUP warranty. 2 Years free TesupCare product warranty is standard. Customers can also purchase longer-term TesupCare product warranty and refund options subject to the specific products.

3. Your Right To Cancel or Request a Partial Refund

Every TESUP product undergoes meticulous assembly and rigorous testing to meet stringent quality standards before shipment. The testing process is documented through recorded videos, which are then sent to customers via email and stored in our archive for future reference.

Each TESUP product features custom-built software personalized with the customer's name. Please be aware that once an order is placed and processed, modifications to the software remotely are not possible, and consequently, we do not offer refunds.

To address concerns about the performance and energy yield of our wind turbines, accurate wind speed measurement is a must for benchmarking. We require customers to use a calibrated TESUP anemometer during the initial four weeks of product delivery. The TESUP anemometer is available as an optional tool for purchase on all TESUP web stores. For products under warranty experiencing manufacturing defects or malfunctions, customers must send them to our London repair center for examination. Our dedicated team handles repairs with precision, providing a comprehensive report for each case. While shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility, if the fault is attributed to the production process, these costs will be reimbursed. In such cases, a new replacement product with free delivery will be promptly sent.

We appreciate your understanding of these necessary procedures. Our commitment remains steadfast as we continue to deliver high-quality, innovative energy solutions.

4. Description of Goods

Our wind turbine systems are purposefully crafted as 'Small Wind Turbine Systems' (SWTS) in strict compliance with EN 61400-2 regulations, specifically tailored for power generation. Engineered for low-voltage production, these systems feature a capped voltage of 48V, skillfully managed by a built-in IoT Software (charge controller). It is imperative for our wind turbines to operate seamlessly in tandem with a charge controller at all times.

Demonstrating our unwavering commitment to technological progress, our latest wind turbines exhibit the capability to generate over 100 volts in high winds, with select products achieving this at wind speeds as low as 10 m/s. The built-in software or a conveniently placed button on the device, be it on the wind turbine body or a separate IoT box, empowers users to adjust and limit the output voltage within the range of 0 to 48 volts. Each product is adorned with warning stickers emphasizing electrical dangers.

Please note that we explicitly disclaim any responsibility for health risks associated with electricity use. Our products offer options to maintain voltage within the required 0 to 48V range at all times. TESUP assumes no liability for modifications and external damages that may hinder voltage generation. While we diligently strive for accuracy in product descriptions, pictures, information, and prices, we do not accept liability for inaccuracies, errors, or omissions.

TESUP also disclaims liability for inaccuracies resulting from improper usage of our products. We do not accept responsibility for installation and modification mistakes for disassembled products upon delivery. Color variations may occur from those displayed on the website due to internet, software, and computer hardware limitations.

In harmony with our dedication to continuous product enhancement, TESUP reserves the right to alter, vary, or modify product specifications without prior notification.
